Paul Anderson is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, specialising in regenerative medicine, medical devices, and cellular therapeutics. As the founding member and CEO of Orthocell Ltd (ASX: OCC), he has a proven track record of translating innovative research into commercially successful products that address significant unmet clinical needs. Paul’s expertise spans regulatory strategy, product development, funding acquisition, and manufacturing scale-up. He has a strong track record with his previous board position with Verigen Australia Pty Ltd, a human cell therapies company. Renowned for his entrepreneurial leadership and strategic insight, Paul combines technical excellence with a strong focus on ethical innovation and value creation. Through his vision, Orthocell continues to develop transformative technologies that enhance patient outcomes while driving growth and employment across the life sciences sector.

Kate Bones has devoted more than 25 years to advancing healthcare quality improvement, partnering with health systems, hospitals, primary care and community organizations to achieve better outcomes for patients and populations. She has extensive experience leading large-scale improvement collaboratives and capability-building programs across diverse healthcare environments and cultural contexts throughout the United States, Australia, South Asia, and beyond.
Originally trained as a social worker, Kate holds a Master of Social Work and began her career working directly with individuals, families, and communities. This foundation continues to influence her approach to improvement today, bringing a strong focus on relationships, human-centered change, collaboration, and understanding healthcare systems through the experiences of those who receive and deliver care.
Currently a Director at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, her work spans a wide range of clinical and operational priorities, including maternal and newborn health, mental health, workforce wellbeing, care coordination, and system-wide quality improvement. She has a particular interest in making improvement science practical and accessible, helping frontline staff and leaders understand and apply complex concepts in ways that resonate with their daily work.

Steve is an experienced Health Manager with over 30 years in public and private healthcare sectors across a variety of roles. Steve practiced as a radiographer before moving into the leadership role of Director of Medical Imaging across 10 Imaging facilities.
The subsequent role of Divisional Director for Critical Care and Perioperative Services in a large regional Health Service included accountabilities for Emergency Care, Intensive Care, Surgical and Perioperative, Medical Imaging and Allied Health services.
Steve holds Bachelor’s and Master’s qualifications from the Queensland University of Technology.
Commencing work for the Health Roundtable in 2017, Steve is the Program Director for the Finance & Costing, Imaging, Surgical Journey, and Allied Health Programs, and is the Health Roundtable Lead for Events.

Dr Pam O’Nions is a registered nurse and healthcare leader whose 40‑year career has been dedicated to driving positive change and innovation within the healthcare sector. Pam holds a Master of Nursing (Paediatrics), a Doctorate focused on nurse retention, and further qualifications in Education, Business, Leadership and Clinical Governance.
Pam served as Strategic Health Partner for the Health Roundtable supporting executives and clinicians to use benchmarked data to drive improvement and innovation. She is a Fellow of ACHSM and a non-executive director on the boards of SwanCare, CPE Group and the Australian College of Children and Young People’s Nurses.
Pam is passionate, energetic, and committed to improving healthcare outcomes for all.
