When does registration close?

Registration closes on 9 October 2026 at 4pm. In person registration closes when the ticket allocation is exhausted. Email us to be included on the waitlist.

Who can attend?

Registration is open to all WA Health staff and selected groups of consumers.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Smart casual attire.

Is parking available at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre?

Yes. The Day Rate is $27.00, and the hourly rate is $8.00 per hour.

Will there be a conference app?

Yes, an app will be available closer to the event - keep an eye on your emails once you've registered.

I've registered but can no longer attend
Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, sessions will be recorded and will be available on the WA Health intranet after the event.

Can I earn Continuing Professional Development points by attending the Festival of Innovation and Improvement?

Yes, you can apply for a certificate of attendance for both the in-person and virtual event.

Is catering provided?

Yes, this is a fully catered event. You'll get morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Is there Wi-Fi at the venue?

Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Connection details will be shared on the day.
